General
All works will generally be completed on a 1800 x 2200 pixel canvas. If a client has any desired dimension specifics, they must inform the artist beforehand.
None of the artist's works may be used for commercial purposes, including commissions.
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission.
The artist reserves the right to change their Terms of Service whenever they see fit. Any changes will be effective immediately, but any current/ongoing commission(s) at the time of the change will not be affected.
The client must provide clear instructions on how they would like their commission to be. This includes the type of commission desired, reference images (if any), and pose requests (if any). Unless granted by the client, failure to provide instructions may result in the artist completing the artwork however they see fit or declining the commission.
Should a commission be withdrawn or terminated due to unforeseen circumstances by either party, refunds will be granted to the client as long as the commission is still within the draft phase at the time of termination.
Any rude behaviour will not be tolerated and will immediately result in a decline of the commission with no refunds. Any harassment/persistent behaviour will result in a block.
Process
The artist will give a Google Form with the terms of service to the client, in which the form must be completed and submitted before starting a commission.
After liaising with the artist on the type of commission wanted, the client must then pay the artist the amount as specified.
The artist will first construct a draft based on the instructions given by the client. Once accepted by the client, the artist will start working on the actual commission.
The client reserves the right to cancel their commission BEFORE the actual commission work starts. This means that the client may terminate their commission request as long as the artist is still on the draft version of the work, and not the actual one. The artist will then refund the payment to the client.
A WIP (Work In Progress) will be shown to the client should they request it. The image will be watermarked for security reasons.
Corrections and Revisions
The client reserves the right to request changes to their commission throughout the process of the commission within its draft phase.
Clients are allowed 2 minor revisions within the final phase. Any further rounds of revisions shall be made at the discretion of the artist and subject to an additional charge per revision.
Payment
All payments are to be made via Paypal in USD.
Full payments must be made before the commission starts.
Payment will be refunded to the client as long as the commission is terminated during the draft phase.
